About Us

Our focus is on practicing the unique training methods of Xinyi-Dao. These methods are based on a simple contract and expand principle to build relaxed whole body power.  We use a straightforward progression for each principle to help understand proper body mechanics and potential applications.   All of our practices consist of solo exercises, partner assisted exercise,  application and a dynamic/reactive drills.  None of us is a professional or competitive fighter but we love martial arts, train seriously and try to constantly challenge and improve ourselves.  Check out the links below for more about the club leaders.
